Zut! foi fundada em 2005 por Inês Jacques. Foi uma estrutura criada, inicialmente, para dar mais consistência às suas criações, mas teve sempre o objectivo mais alargado de promover a criação e produção das artes performativas de outros artistas contemporâneos. Com um crescimento progressivo e consistente, esses passos têm sido dados, firmando a Zut! no tecido artístico. Desde então, a Zut! já assegurou produções de espectáculos de dança contemporânea, música, performance-instalação, vídeo-performance, site-specific e continua a alargar o seu campo de acção (criação de um festival em 2010), nunca se desligando da ideia da performatividade. Já levou as suas produções a dezenas de pontos do país, mas também a França, Eslovénia, Rússia, China e Moçambique. Goza de credibilidade reconhecida pelas entidades com que tem trabalhado. Neste momento a Zut! é a estrutura que serve de suporte aos trabalhos de Inês Jacques, António Cabrita, Silke Z., Ela Não É Francesa Ele Não É Espanhol e Noiserv.
A Zut! é membro associado da REDE - Associação de Estruturas para a Dança Contemporânea.

Zut! was founded in 2005 by Inês Jacques. It is a production company that was initially created to allow more fluidity in the production of her work. However it always had the wider goal of promoting the creative work of other performing artists. With a consistent and progressive growth it has been able to achieve this signing up Zut! in the artistic context. It has produced and managed dance performances, music performances, performance-installation, video-performance, site-specific. It is widening this goal even further by creating a festival in 2010 without losing sight of its interest in “performativity”. Zut! has taken its productions to dozens of cities in Portugal, as well as working internationally in France, Slovenia, Russia, China and Mozambique. It enjoys a credibility and recognition from the organizations with whom it has worked and has established itself firmly in the artistic scene of Portugal. Zut! now supports the works of Inês Jacques, António M Cabrita, Silke Z, Ela Não É Francesa Ele Não É Espanhol and Noiserv.
Zut! is member of REDE - Association of Structures for the Contemporary Dance.
